Cutter brings 25 years of experience and began his financial services career as an equities and derivatives trader. Following 9/11, he enlisted in the U.S. Army and served as a medic, completing two combat tours, and was later commissioned as an artillery officer. Based in Cary, N.C., Cutter has been a financial advisor for nine years and provides a breadth and depth of services as a fiduciary to his clients.
